"Running with the Angels"
The majority-female-owned Angel City FC hadn't even played one game when Johnnie Walker to become a partner. Our shared values in equity and progress created a fertile partnership to fan the flames of female sport fandom locally and globally. Our partnership started by creating a stadium anthem and lyric film that is still played before every home game today. To do so, we tapped our frequent collaborator Brittany Howard who performed the anthem before the Angel City FC opening game.
